About Kris Dulevski

Hello everyone

My name is Kris Dulevski and I would like to help everyone by sharing my success story. In 2006, I was throwing away my hard-earned money by renting an apartment then in 2007 I met my wonderful wife, and we invested for the first time in a real estate, but kind of real estate, technically was a mobile home investment. We still had to pay rent, but significantly less (around 3 times less) than renting an apartment. But still we feel that we are throwing our hard-earned money into the wind by paying the mobile home lot owner. A year or so later we decided to buy our first house, and the enormous difference: privacy, two garages, your own land, backyard, piece of mind that we finally owned something we can call ours. Then the financial crash happened, and the real estate prices started falling, and we were afraid that our first dream house is worth much less than what we owe to the bank for it. Two or so years the housing market hit bottom and I had the idea to invest in my second house which I immediately rented to help me pay the mortgage on our first house. And since that that process of buying and renting repeated few times, of course home prices went back just in few years, and today we own multiple properties in multiple counties which are worth at least 3 even 4 times that their original price 10 or so years ago, all rented and allowing me to retire 43 years old as of 2023. Now ask yourself how much you would be spending on rent in the next 10 years without keeping a penny if you are renting, your monthly rent multiplied by 12 by 10 years, and after the 10 years in the future you still own nothing. Now if you are owner isn't a good idea you to invest in a property and rent it, by renting it you are just waiting for property value to go up in the future (and basically paying itself up) which is inevitable due to standard inflation of minimum 3 percent a year which is only a target number, actually the yearly inflation is much more every year after year as we all can see. With other words regardless of interest rates, regardless how much you pay for your home what matters is that is YOUR HOME which is keeping your money for you instead of renting and inevitably due to inflation is growing in value. If you are already an owner, why stop there, invest in another one, rent it and wait to pay for itself AND GROW IN VALUE due to the yearly inflation. Give me a call for free consultation without obligation, how can I help you in the always winning real estate business.
